In accordance with DOT Regulation 391.23 (i)(1), (i)(1)(i), (i)(1)(ii), (i)(1)(iii): All drivers with Department of Transportation regulated employment during the preceding three years from application date have the following rights regarding the investigative information that is being provided to the prospective employer as required by DOT Regulation 391.23 (d) and (e). The right to review information provided by previous employers; The right to have errors in the information corrected by the previous employer and for the previous employer to re-send the corrected information to the prospective employer; The right to have a rebuttal statement attached to the alleged erroneous information, if the previous employer and the driver cannot agree on accuracy of the information.
